Diver Stress & Rescue course:
A course that each and every diver
should do once they have completed the Open
Water Diver course. The “Stress” part of the
course teaches you how to recognise and deal
with diver stress before it leads to panic;
which is a major cause of diving accidents.
The “Rescue” part of the course teaches you
how to manage, and what to do, in the event
of a diving accident, including very important,
basic rescue skills & techniques. Knowing
how to deal with these situations creates a
more relaxed and competent diver, making diving
an even more enjoyable experience not only for
you but also for the people you are diving with.
Wouldn’t you like to know that the person diving
with you has stress & rescue training?
